SELECTION PROCEDURE – WHAT TO EXPECT
Our procedure consists of three steps. Making enough time is crucial to find out whether we fit together on a professional level. Throughout the process we'll stay on top so your questions will be answered.
In this conversation we try to get a first impression of your experience, your personality and your motivation to work as a consultant. We listen to your interests and ambitions and tell you more about Axxes. We take a look at a few projects and then see what your opportunities are. We take time to go over our values and the corporate culture, how we're organized, but also what we're expecting of you.
The preparation of our second conversation starts by filling out a personality questionnaire at home. The results will be discussed at the office. One of our Competence Coaches will perform a technical screening. Getting the right image of your capacities is crucial if we want to make your career evolve. And that goes both ways. As a consultant at Axxes the competence coach will tell you what his experiences at Axxes have been like.
The last step is a meeting with Benjamin, business manager at Axxes. Benjamin is sincerely interested in you, your capacities and how we can work together. This conversation could be a confirmation for you that everyone at Axxes has the same drive. In case this conversation goes well, there'll be a contract offer and we'll make our collaboration official.
